We founded People Collective in 2018 having scaled companies like Qubit, Lyst, and Peakon.
The idea behind it was twofold: 1. We wanted to see companies become successful 2. We knew that they would become successful by getting the people work and organisational development done right. Designing your organisation to scale, instead of leaving it to chance.
We started by working with very early stage startups, proving our hypothesis and watching our clients go on to raise further capital, reach profitability, have private exits, and also IPO.
Since then we've worked with many startups, scale-ups and category leaders to solve their people challenges. We're incredibly proud of the team we have built, the impact of their work for our clients, and their unwavering approach to constantly developing and improving those outcomes.
